I create characters brands can build worlds around.

I'm Tamas Molnar, better known as Tom Miller, an illustrator and designer based in Hungary. For more than 20 years I've worked across illustration, branding and digital design, but over time one thing became the heart of my work: creating distinctive characters with personality.

My signature big-head illustration style is simple, expressive and instantly recognizable. But the character itself is only the starting point.

I develop visual character systems that can grow together with a brand, from the original character design to different poses, campaigns, merchandise, social media content, animations, digital experiences and more.

That means a character doesn't have to live in a single illustration. It can become a recurring part of how a brand communicates, tells stories and connects with its audience.

Over the years my work has moved from personal illustration projects to collaborations with basketball brands, retailers and organizations around the world. Some projects started with a single illustration and gradually expanded into complete collections, products and ongoing visual worlds.
